What if my license doesn’t activate?

While activation issues are rare, we guarantee a solution. If a resolution isn’t possible, a refund or exchange will be provided.

How will I receive my license key?

Your product key will be sent via email or Telegram after payment confirmation, usually within 30 minutes during working hours.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital products are non-refundable once activated. If an issue occurs, we provide support or a replacement key.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept direct bank transfers in Ethiopian Birr. We do not support credit/debit card payments.
